LoroBuddy began at a kitchen table with one stubborn idea: reading should feel like play, and technology should bring families closer — never pull them apart.
HOW IT STARTED
A bedtime story that wouldn’t end
Our founder watched her daughter try to read a picture book in two languages — and wished for a patient friend who could read along, sound out the hard words, and never lose patience.
So we built Loro: a gentle bird who reads any page out loud, celebrates every small win, and lets kids leave little voice notes for the family. No ads shouting for attention. No data quietly sold.
Today LoroBuddy is used by tens of thousands of families in over 40 countries — and we’re still that same small team, building it with care.
